Thanks SR Trooper. I started again, making a note of all the Oscars. Many hours later I narrowed it down to the Flash Gordon studio. Found the one behind the grill, but not above Ming. Any clues please :lol:

Enjoying this greatly but I can't seem to find the Boomerang or the Sharp Knife.
If I remember right the boomerang is on a floating platform off of the tree houses.
I found it about a minute after I posted.

Thoroughly enjoying replaying this Grandad game (and keeping fingers crossed for a new one!!) but as usual, and even though i completed it before, I just can't remember how to get across the road. I'm sure that's what will get me going again so if anyone can help I'd be very grateful.

You need the lollipop (it's called a lollipop for some reason, it's a temporary road sign). Don't remember how to get it, but it's quite late on in the game.
That's cos you're still a youngster Simon. In my day we used to have 'lollipop ladies' who stopped traffic so children could cross the road safely whilst going to school.
You get it from the Detective when you give him an reason to visit the Spanish lady {special}:hold:
