I am planning to launch another DizzyAGE Community Project for Crystal Kingdom as soon as the Easter Competition finishes.
It won't be an accurate remake however since I've built the map using the traditional 8-bit graphics aswell as Custom graphics from the original Spectrum game.
Nothing as been coded and it is possible to drown on it.
But like I said, I'll post more about it along with the zip sometime after the Easter Competition ends.
Have you had any thoughts about Dizzy's movement? It's very different in the original (Spectrum at least) and would need a complete rewrite of the code. Count me in for helping out on this anyway
I've only got about 1% experience when it comes to DizzyAGE Coding.
From what I've been reading, most Dizzy fans weren't keen on Crystal Kingdom which I think was to do with that jumping system and that the game was split into 4 levels.
The remake I'm planning out won't be split into levels and will play in the Dizzy format that many fans are very familiar with.
Crystal Kingdom was one of my favourite childhood games on the C64 and It's one of the games that I'd like to see being remade.

Dizzy-7 on ZX-Spectrum - the worst part from all. And because of jumps. By the way, in game the graphics was updated by authors. But game all the same not became better...
