Me too, but as the sender had 'banned' under their name I just deleted it ..although this was the first that said my access would be blocked if I didn't click on their alleged security check ..and I wasn't shaking in my stylish yet affordable red boots {yolkfolk}:animwink:

I've just blocked a new kind of adbot that posts in the visitors section of people's profiles.

Well you learn something new everyday, I did not know there was that many varieties of spam.
I think it must be a spoof with the top right hand can proudly saying it also contains 'stinky french garlic'. The one that made me shudder was 'spam spread'. :sick:

I've just banned a user with the name cgte708c, which I already banned 3 times but with different numbers in the username.
Looking at It's IP address, there are also these many usernames (all already banned).

To stop this i've switched on moderation for new members so they can't post until an mod/admin activates the account.
I thought blocking was normal cos when I've forgotten to renew my membership I can't post anything. Still on the bright side lots more £2.50's for the site costs.

I can't seem to look at the notifications though as I get a message saying I don't have permission.
Ignore the notifications as it will try to load the vb admin page.
