Knightmare Dizzy v1.02 [DOWNLOADABLE]

I've just had my first couple of plays of the game, and I have to say I love it! Knightmare was one of my favourite programmes when I was younger, and combining it with Dizzy was a stroke of genius.

I think I'll go and have another go!

Dizzy is the first and only contesting to win the cup.
Just as exciting as watching a winning team :teethy:

Couple of things i can help but mention.. for a start the corridor of blade was nasty! th sound effects added to that experience. . would have been even more deadly if the blades also moved towards ya.. always a panic.
Also it would have been pretty good if you were able to get the scrolls to open like in TID.
And way Mogdred made me jump.. wasn't expecting him to appear like that lol it was those soundeffects

Well i may have been turned down to appear on the show... never forget that horrible letter.. so this was a nice experience.. lol

Thanks Meph, I'm glad you enjoyed it! :smile: The scrolls opening would have been a good effect, but a bit too difficult for me at the moment I think.

A few teams did complete their quests in Knightmare- about one team each season. Of course, it was always more fun watching them get chopped up by the blades, fall into a pit, or killed by goblins {yolkfolk}:joy:

yeah but no one won the cup.

there was two winners once but one them was scripted.. they made a deal with the team to let let them win if they did the 'season final' quest.. (one when the eye shield becomes the quest item)

two memrable moments is the team getting killed by Goblins and she asks them they want a present the out in the block and tackle when a team mate says step right and he steps left and dies. lol there was no reason for it.

however two teams during the 3rd season were screwed.. the final team could have done it and the team falling off the ledge was harsh.

Wow Meph, you really are a Knightmare fan- nuff respect! :wink:

You're right, I'd forgotten that no-one actually got the cup. It would have been nice to have a winner in series 3- and I agree with you, a couple of those teams were killed off in a rather harsh way.

I've seen it too many times... i know my stuff :tongue:
Pity Tim Child canceled the Knightmare VR after a disappointing pilot.. while it sucked they could have changed it.

I remember during the early days a couple of people walked into the green screen or fell off the edge of the stage.. lol

In fact is known for a team to die earlier then they did in the game but because of time they let them play few extra rooms, or IF they did something wrong like took a wrong item they would be deliberately killed off a while later (forced down a hole or the bomb room would appear and blow instantly) especially in the first two seasons when teams would die of running out of food.

Enjoyed playing this, played tonight & surprisingly managed to complete in one sitting, I liked how hints and clues were left around the gameplay area for you to think on how to solve the puzzles. Some really good puzzles too using the potions spells {yolkfolk}:dizzy:

I was thrilled to find this game. {yolkfolk}:clap:

I remember watching Knightmare on telly years ago, and this really took me back. {yolkfolk}:delight:

Puzzles are cleverly thought out. And seeing Treguard at the beginning is just icing on the cake.

I might be abit behind everyone else but just downloaded Knightmare Dizzy and completed it! Absolutely fantastic! Knightmare my favourite program when I was a kid and Dizzy my favourite game! Combining the two was an absolute idea of brilliance! Well done I really enjoyed it you need a medal! {yolkfolk}:clap:
