Because that would be very anticlimactic. After all that your about to win and *squish*

Obviously Dizzy could try to step out of the way. It just seems very dumb that this uber-evil wizard who's being terrorizing Katmandu for ages is so feeble as to only have two spells he can try to zap Dizzy with and then can do nothing else when they are thwarted.
Scene 10 (Scene 50b): Return to the haunted chimney

There's not much left to do in the game now so before we complete the talkthrough bringing this so-called "Ultimate Cartoon Adventure" to its conclusion there is one more rather desperate idea to test. So once more we get the ever enigmatic horse magnet and take it down the mine to the haunted chimney. Then then we get Dizzy to stand in the bottom right corner of the screen just before we leave it and use the magnet, we can also try this in the next screen while standing just on the edge of that curious looking lip Dizzy has to leap onto.
I'm not going to reveal what I dimly hope this will do, if it works it will immediately be very obvious.

Thanks, well that's that then unless someone else has some inspired ideas.

Treasure Island Dizzy now?

Not sure? I'd have to investigate TID before starting on that it depends if I find time to do that or not.
I'll need to wrap this up first though. About two more steps should do it.
Scene 39 (Scene 50c): Zaks gets Zapped.

Only not so much zapped, returning to the oversized overlord with the strongly scented potion he has made Dizzy released it in the presence of the wicked warlock and... he melts, hooray! Or at he seems to melt it's not entirely clear. But he appears to have been vanquished and, if that's the case I think we can say Katmandu is saved!

Now, its time for Dizzy to set off on his round the world trip. Have fun playing cricket on the deck. You should report his further adventures.

Actually not quite there's currently one more detail to come.
