Ok i give up i'll start the help thread again

i've got these items i haven't used:
shield, purple jewel, garlic & remote control
and these items returned used
1 ton weight, big stick, sharp knife & pickaxe
can't get my head round the monolith maze at all and need to find a way to part/got over the red sea!!!!!
been like this for the last few hrs now with 22 coins

I cant help, as I am stuck at about the same place, except i have 1 more coin and you have a jewel that I havent found (yet)!
Whats worse is that, as Grandad says, I bet that monolith will be obvious when we know!

so i read the instructions and followed them according to my small brain and got absolutely nowhere - is it something to do with going through the yellow doors in the maze - just can't get my bearings

Nope -
the sun rises in the East, and sets in the West - look again at the poster itself for the clue
I dont want to give it away already, but if you are really stuck, PM me.
I am trying to find the last (blue i think) crystal, and now have 24 coins - no idea yet how many there are supposed to be! (bound to be at least 25 knowing my luck!)
EDIT - I just realised, me giving help for this game is REALLY gonna wind Grandad up!
