Crystal Kingdom Dizzy Remake - ZX-Spectrum 128k

Completed the crystal maze?
Dizzy fans it's time to really celebrate the 30 year anniversary of Dizzy in a really big way, as a very special Dizzy remake of ' Crystal Kingdom Dizzy ' on the ZX Spectrum, has only moments ago appeared in our news feed. The original CKD was first released in 1992 on a multitude of systems in a completely different graphical pallet than we were used to and some say worse than most of the other 8-bit Dizzy games of the time. But now that is all about to change as this ZX Spectrum version looks to be the best 8-bit styled version yet!

Oleg Origin is an a graphics designer of illustrations and GUI. And Diver4d gave us just a "wishing well" sprite. Thanks him for that. Check credits into info file in the archive. :dizzy_rolleyes:

Have released the version of a game 1.02
Update to 1.0.2 released:

* Fixed problem with Dizzy walking on the water
* Fixed problem parachute taking when laying near catapult
* Reduced amount of bats in first level cave to remove difficulty imbalance.

Yolkfolk's games database was designed to only include 3 fields for credits which is "Programmer", "Graphics" and "Music" - I have no control over the ability to add additional or specific credits I'm afraid. :(

I have however added the full credits of the game on the "Notes" section further down the page to make sure no names are missed. It's the best I am able to do. :v2_dizzy_confused2:
Update to v1.0.3 released:

* Removed used ROM calls except tape loader
* Added workaround for FUSE emulator bug, which caused spontaneous speed up of emulation
* Added information message for game loading attempt in 48K mode.
And... Hot update to 1.0.4 :dizzy_biggrin:

* Fixed game start point in loader
