True..true. DOS version is a great version. Anyway, what about BIG 6? Anything special in that version? Someone have that version? I planned to do longplay of whole BIG 6 game.

I have no idea, but if you find anything special, you should certainly include it in your longplays!

From a quick Web search, I've found that it's a collection of 6 Dizzy games for the Commodore Amiga CD32; basically, it's every Dizzy adventure game that had been released for Amiga except Fantasy World Dizzy. And the version of Fantastic Dizzy included on it is said to be updated to take advantage of CD music and AGA graphics.

Thanks :)
How come no Fantasy World? That's an odd exclusion...

I dunno, maybe space was getting tight and they had to drop one. I think Fantasy World Dizzy was one of the earliest 16-bit Dizzy updates and the only one where the in-game sprites were made to resemble the large artworks (see Dizzy's hat, nose, arms and legs), so they probably also thought it would look strange next to all the other games with the more traditional Dizzy design.

As for Fantastic Dizzy, I remember seeing rumors on this forum that the CD32 version added a save feature and the river rapids mini-game. Therefore I hope Lemmy finds a copy of it so we can have video proof of this stuff.

Did you find anything cool yet? I was thinking that whoever plays that compilation should check to see if the "Trade coin for bean, trade cow for Prince's secret sign" trick works, to help confirm whether it's a MegaDrive-only secret.

Well, havent played it.There will be NES longplays about Fastastic Dizzy and Treasure island Dizzy coming soon.. CD32 games doesnt run so easily on WinUAE. I should ask soon how setup those(kickstart roms). As soon as that happens I will make a longplay.
