Hi,
I had exactly the same problem on WinUAE & STEEM. And it was a bugger.
Good news is I found out how to get it to work but it isnt too straight forward.
After a lot of searching on forums, I was directed to download an "ipf" version of the game for the amiga emulator. Once you get the ipf file you have to do something else, i cant quite remember what it was BUT I did find the forum on Lemon Amigas website very helpful - a particularly helpful chap username Hanzi gave some excellent advice.
Try search google using keywords: spellbound dizzy bug lemon amiga
I think the link was:

or try:

I also found this related forum:

Also if you have difficulty finding the ipf file, let me know & i'll see if it cant be emailed over.
Good luck & let me know how you get on.

I can't seem to find a copy of the ipf spellbound for the amiga anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.DizzyFanUK wrote:Hi,

i posted this reply in another thread. some may find it useful even if the threads are old
i encountered the scuba crash while playing on xbox winuaex using dizzys excellent adventures cracked by fairlight version and was told the only way to play past this point on an emulator is to use ipf file. this is not true however because i downloaded this version from the EAB filer server TOSEC section Dizzy's Excellent Adventures (1992)(Codemasters)(Disk 2 of 2)[cr Flashtro][bootable][compilation]. it says cracked by rob while loading as oppossed to fairlight and it indeed works fine at the scuba part. was great for me because the xbox winuaex don't support ipf files.
