When and Where?

When and where did you buy your first Dizzy game? I'd be interested to know.

For me, it was either late 1986 or early 1987. Went into a SPAR store with many Amstrad games for sale. The first Dizzy game was the one that caught my eye - and I've been a fan ever since.

Great article, thank you for sharing.

As my profile shows, Dizzy - The Ultimate Cartoon Adventure is my favourite Dizzy game, but if it had never been created, Treasure Island Dizzy could well have been my favourite.

Yeah, it was mentioned, but I still know people who didn't realize. I guess some people just saw the cover, bought it and played it. I still think 99% of people would know he was an egg, though.
