As this isn't a Daisy game, Dizzy can only carry three items. You can lose energy and die, but only if you're clumsy. All situations that can cause energy loss or death can easily be avoided. For that reason, there is no way to replenish your energy. There is also one situation where you can get stuck, but again, it will only happen if you don't pay attention to your surroundings.
