I've been thinking about calling it 'Summer Trouble Dizzy'
i've said this already, but i'll echo what everyone else has said, in that you really do produce some amazing graphics! and also seem to be able to easily come up with uses for tiles that are not immediately obvious to others (including me!).
i'm not sure about the name tho...

as a thought - maybe if your previous game wasnt set on an island - the STD would be VD?
