OK! here's the locations of the first 10 Diamonds
1. at the docks
2. climb the drain pipe by the shopkeeper (behind tile)
3. 1st step in the church (behind railing)
4. in the bell
5. between the stones by the branch (under tile)
6. in the crypt under the church
7. in the crypt under the church (behind sword handle)
8. on top of the lower hopper
9. behind the railing, near the rat
10. start the loader (click on cab)

It's difficult to know which 2 diamonds, you are missing.
the most hidden one, you need the hammer to get
Yeh I've done that, I've gotten like 2 or 3 from behind items in the caves.
I haven't used the hammer yet so I guess that narrows it down to 1... Hmm well I guess I better get searching
Hmm, I hope you haven't released your new version yet because I got stuck again...
It was the 40th Diamond I could not find. It was very well hidden.

Oh bloody hell, I just know it's gonna be somewhere obvious, and it's not the one you get from the hammer
I'm also pretty confident I have all the ones from the *SPOILER* mines, jungle and ones you get from pick
as well as the easy to see ones =p
So perhaps that will narrow it down for you?
