(I assume you're playing the DizzyAGE version).
Stand on the grey rock under the ship and jump to the left twice. That will put you on the deck of the ship by the coin with the jellyfish next to it. Then jump right three times; the first jump will put you to the left of the crab, the second jump takes you over the crab and the third jump will land you on the platform with the spade. To get off the ship again just walk to your left.
