I finally got through the "Food for thought" level!!!!! w00tages
What happened next you ask?

It looks like I was wrong in assuming that there were 10 levels in the fourth section. Mind you, if "Food for Thought" was level 7, then I hate to think what level 10 would have been like...
Just out of interest, were there any extra lives available in the fourth section?
Actually I didn't take screenshots of every single level whilst going through the dead zone, I should've done really.
The food for thought level was the last one, level 10 by my head.
And yup, they did do Extra lives scenes as normal, one of them was Dizzy and the monsters running through the graveyard, the monsters look at the gravestones that have their names on it then run back, then Dizzy stands in front of his gravestone.
Could've been funnier if Dizzy had spooked himself on that lol.
