How do the beat the Crash Special Edition of this game?

What do I do with the cursed chest?

Don't know i've never found out, I asked on the old forums about this and know one knew.

Anyways i got all 16 coins but never got to the full score of 30,000 that you can apparently get.

How did you get 16 coins? I got 15, but there is one past the Crash logos that seems unreachable.

I don't suppose somebody can email me the .tap file or .z80 , .sna file please?

How do you know you can get a score of 30,000? Oh, and I found the coin I was missing. It was the one in the tree past the trap. BTW, the screen select code for the regular Treasure Island Dizzy works here too, so I went beyond the blockades and found some pretty weird stuff.

Trouble is, I don't know what the aim of this game is.
If anybody can give me a quick overview of the aim...
