Joystick support?

I'm playing the Spectrum version on an emulator, and I can't get my joystick to work. It works fine on Dizzy 3.5, but not this one. Are there any special keys I have to press or something?

normally if i'm playing with a joystick i just press 'fire' to start. You could have a faulty rom of the game?

I've had problems before with the emulator emulating a kempston joystick instead of a sinclair one which caused some odd things to happen.

I tried another file, and it worked, and it has music too (the one I was having problems with didn't). Were there two different versions of this game?

Kinda, there was 48k and 128k mode

48k mode has no music and 128k mode has music and I think the Joystick problem is probably a bug
