    Cheat!

Seriously tho, I can't stop you doing that, and I know most people will take advantage of that. I still wanted to do it though - tying the game into 'real time' was one of the very first ideas I had for this game

Ok i've checked the clock & yes it's the correct time, now i've changed my comp time and suddenly it's daylight again & updates to real time. Well if this isn't the most impressive new unique feature to be introduced then I don't know what is. Well amazed !!!

Will change it back & wait for tomorrow.

EDITS:- It all gone dark again lol...well i'm stunned with that !!

Well you all seem to be getting on rather better than expected, so I think I'm going to leave you to it and get some sleep!

That clock stuff will be a pain then, if you can only do certain things at certain times of the day and can't progress until it's daylight again.. but then you might not know this and spend the next few hours trying during the night when in fact you can't do anything until the day. sounds like I'm going to have to change my clock every 5 minutes then. Never play during the day so I'll never get that shop open.

while impressive it doesn't sound very practical..

Yes I was thinking that as well, as means I can't play now until the correct daylight hours & so on etc..

    a few points:

-- yes, Yolkfolk to the rescue was first with images in inventory, however this game is first with images and text

-- only about a fifth of the puzzles are time-specific, and they all have quite a wide 'window' of time in which they work in. They are also all 'signposted' so you have an idea of which they are and when you can do them (e.g. the shop/bar and the nature puzzles). You shouldn't therefore have to change your computer time 'every 5 mins'. I'm not cruel!

-- I did call quiggie a cheat for changing her comp time, but I actually really don't mind. I realise that waiting around will be too frustrating for some of you!

-- There are quite a few things (in addition to puzzles) which are time sensitive, and you may also notice that daylight hours are also affected by what time of the year you play the game.

-- as a small hint for some of you, try reading the second 'nature trail' sign again

Yes this immediately came to mind last night & I wondered if it did that as well is quite remarkable indeed !! Is it linked to Google Earth lol..

Started again this morning, other than acquiring the bee sting now, gaining access to the shop & progressing to 24 Stars am totally stuck with the few items I mentioned previously.
