    Retrodes aren't very expensive - just under £60 - and will do the job of dumping the cart:

    I just came on to mention the Retrode actually as I found out about it the other day. Is that not an option? As the other poster says, about £60 and it makes ROM backups of your cartridge. Could be the solution?

    Very frustrating to think you're so close but unable to make that final leap though of course I understand we all lead very busy lives outside of being Dizzy geeks!
