Hi there, I'm delighted to have found this community. I first played the original Dizzy back in '88 and followed that up with all of them finishing with Spellbound. They were, without doubt, the best series of Speccy games there ever was, Spellbound being the best Speccy game of all time in my opinion.

I like to consider myself the top Dizzy gamer at my school (yes, a while ago now!) and it was me people came to for help with their Dizzy games. Although I've not played any of them since the mid 90's (I really must do this emulator thing!) I'm sure I can still remember how to complete the first three games no problem.

Here's how I would rank the games-

Spellbound
Magic Land
Dizzy 1
Yolk Folk
Fantasy World
Treasure Island


Out of the "arcade style" games I only liked Kwik Snax. Rapids, Fast Food and especially Panic are all slurs on the good Dizzy name if you ask me! :D

I'm really looking forward to meeting other dedicated Dizzy fans! :v2_dizzy_happy:

If you love the Spectrum adventure Dizzy games, you should checkout the DizzyAGE games, you can find a few remakes of the original Dizzy games there :).
