Great game but I'm stumped. I didn't want to give in or be the first to start the help thread!!

Anyway items I have are:- Jar with jammin it, rope, totem, telescopic baton and script.

I need to, find glasses.

I also think I need to get into the hut somehow, grow somethint in the 'arable soil' and somehow jump onto the clouds from the castle.

I've run around for ages now trying everything on anyone or anything I can think of but nothing seems to work, PLEASE I would be really grateful if you could give me a hint or two?

Glad that I managed to stump somebody!!!
I think you may have to pull a certain object from the mud with a format used by cowboys to herd horses!!!

I'm getting on really well now and have the diamond edged pickaxe I think I know where to use it but I can't now go right at the two way retreat. Is that right or is it a bug?

Have you used the fishy phallic shaped object yet? If so, have you met brucie??? Not sure there is a bug in the 2 way retreat as there is no puzzle?....although, i did have problems when using a totem warp when testing and had to widen the corridor in certain places!!!?

I think it's a DizzyAge engine quirk* where gaps between the player and the scenery are minimal. I've been stuck at that point a couple of times (when going right), but loading a saved game gave no problems. I also had the same problem with Enlightening times with the 'one way passage' with the stalactite and stalagmite more or less next to each other. Not all the time, just sometimes.

* as the engine is constantly checking the materials all around the player tile 'box'.

Not sure there is a bug in the 2 way retreat as there is no puzzle?....although, i did have problems when using a totem warp when testing and had to widen the corridor in certain places!!!?

if re-positioning the player using the code, you need to place him on the X axis on a multiple of 4. e.g. 404 or 880. If you don't, you will get issues with places you could previously squeeze through becoming inaccessible.

Re-loading the game probably positions Dizzy on the nearest 4x X position (e.g. 404 instead of 403), thus removing the problem, until the game moves him again.

my 'worm entering ground' animated tile looks very odd 'crawling' along the castle floor... :confused:

There's a 'worm crawling' tile for that!

Hi Delta....yeah, that worm does look a little odd eh???? And didn't you know, the time in Keldor runs double time hence the fast pendulum:v2_dizzy_rolleyes:

Cheers for the direction with that multiple of 4 on the X axis, I thought that only applied to the beginning of the game but it does make sense!!!!

Anyhow, I think you need to be using that telescopic baton by flicking it across a somewhat large ravine!!!!

Actually not sure exactly where you are.....have you managed to find your way down the monkey puzzle caves yet??? If not, you may want to inspect some book cases a little closer in the castle area, it may help with your onward journey!!!!

Hi Spooky,
From what you are saying you must have already used the Yellow Chest (Arc of the Covenent).
Definately focus on the Rope next.....maybe try using it on an object within a room name that closely resembles that of an old English Pub.
If not enough of a clue....try using it like a cowboy would, on an object stuck in the mud close by a Troll????

Have you found the tweezers yet?? If not, that should be next!!!? You may wanna use them on the second level in the castle!!!
In fact, you have really confused me as to where you are cos if you got the plank, that means you have already used the tweezers!!!? Maybe you want to search the hallway in the castle after using the tweezers for hidden rooms :-)

Actually, I think I have worked out where you are....you definately need to find the secret room in the castle!!!!

Well spooky...you can use all but one of the items that you have at the moment!!!

Start by trying to get through the Nina Simone rooms by listening to Sinner Man!!!! Its all about the correct combination!!!
Leading on from this makes me question how you managed to get to Daisy (the mountain area) without completing this puzzle!!!? Have you been cheating???
Secondly, maybe use another type of Alcohol on Jehova....after all, we all know that God likes a tipple ???

You can get the hammer, i think you have to jump in and out quickly. well that's how i did it.

You got the possession you need to solve the hermit....no need to action, just try fallin down the hole!!!

You can also use the spade on the format that you used to access theo....try diggin around that screen:-)

I've tried all the items but if i fall into the pi "no way across" i die ,and i've i stay u i get killed by the boulder.....is the anouther way to the hermit?

You need to be using something to hold that spiky ceiling!!!! Maybe something sturdy?????
